- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon skin-side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle Bang Bang sauce over each fillet. Garnish with chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and steamed rice or salad.
