For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Use high-quality mayo for better taste.
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha Adjust based on heat preference.
  • 1 tablespoon Honey Can substitute with maple syrup.
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce Keep out for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice Fresh is ideal.
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil May substitute with another oil.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder Optional but recommended.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger Powder Optional but recommended.
For Garnishing
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions Optional.

Method
 

Preparation and Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, soy sauce, lime juice, sesame oil, garlic powder, and ginger powder until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place salmon skin-side down. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.
  4. Remove from the oven and drizzle Bang Bang sauce over each fillet. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and steamed rice or salad.
