  • 0.25 cup Dairy-free milk such as almond milk or soy milk
  • 2 Tbsp Powdered peanut butter for nutty flavor and protein
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon adjust to taste
  • 0.25 tsp Baking powder omit for denser texture
  • 1 pinch Sea salt to balance sweetness
  • 1 Tbsp Lotus Biscoff Spread for center filling

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare your baking ramekin by lightly greasing it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all batter ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the greased ramekin, then dollop the Biscoff spread in the center.
  4. Bake for approximately 25 minutes, checking for a golden-brown top.
  5. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
