  • 200 g Biscoff Biscuits or Digestives
  • 100 g Butter unsalted
For the Filling
  • 400 g Condensed Milk
  • 200 g White Chocolate or coconut cream for dairy-free
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 100 g Biscoff Spread homemade versions are acceptable
For the Drizzle
  • 50 g Additional Biscoff Spread or Chocolate

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line a 20 cm square baking tin with baking paper, ensuring it overhangs on the sides. Lightly grease the paper with butter.
  2. Crush the Biscoff biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press this mixture into the base of the prepared tin.
  3. Melt the white chocolate and combine with the condensed milk and Biscoff spread until creamy. Pour over the biscuit base.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and chill for at least 3 hours, or overnight, until firm.
  5. Lift the slice out of the tin, drizzle with Biscoff spread or melted chocolate, and slice into squares.
