- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of buttermilk, 1 cup of granulated sugar, and 4 large eggs. Whisk until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, sift together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.
- Gently fold the dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in 2 cups of blueberries gently.
