  3. Combine cooled brown butter with ¾ cup brown sugar and ½ cup granulated sugar in a large mixing bowl, mixing until fluffy.
  4. Add 1 large egg and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
  5. Gradually add 1 teaspoon baking soda, ¼ teaspoon salt, and 1 ½ cups flour, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in 2 cups of Rice Krispies and 1 cup mini marshmallows until incorporated.
  7. Scoop about 3 tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-13 minutes until lightly golden.
