  • 1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce Feel free to adjust the quantity to suit your spice level.
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Wrapping
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella Cheese Fresh mozzarella melts beautifully.
  • 8 slices Cooked Bacon Crumble into small pieces.
For the Coating
  • 1/2 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten.
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko provides extra crunch.
For Frying
  • 2 cups Vegetable Oil or Canola Oil For frying.

Method
 

Step-by-step Instructions
  1. Prepare Mozzarella: Cut fresh mozzarella cheese into one-inch cubes and set aside on a plate.
  2. Wrap Cheese: Crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces, then wrap each mozzarella cube completely with the crumbled bacon.
  3. Mix Chicken Filling: Combine ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce.
  4. Form Bombs: Flatten a handful of chicken mixture in your palm, place the bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, and encase it with the chicken mixture.
  5. Coat Bombs: Roll each formed bomb in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Cook: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the bombs for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes.
  7. Finish & Serve: Remove from oil or oven, drain on paper towels, drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce, and serve hot.
