- Prepare Mozzarella: Cut fresh mozzarella cheese into one-inch cubes and set aside on a plate.
- Wrap Cheese: Crumble the cooked bacon into small pieces, then wrap each mozzarella cube completely with the crumbled bacon.
- Mix Chicken Filling: Combine ground chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and half of the buffalo sauce.
- Form Bombs: Flatten a handful of chicken mixture in your palm, place the bacon-wrapped mozzarella cube in the center, and encase it with the chicken mixture.
- Coat Bombs: Roll each formed bomb in flour, then dip into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Cook: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) and fry the bombs for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown, or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18-20 minutes.
- Finish & Serve: Remove from oil or oven, drain on paper towels, drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce, and serve hot.
