Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Crush about 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin. In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with 8 ounces of softened cream cheese, mixing until smooth.
  2. Scoop out approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball about 1 inch in diameter. Place each ball on a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt 12 ounces of white chocolate or candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Dip each chilled ball into it and let the excess drip off.
  4. Cut mini marshmallows in half for ears and attach to the top of each ball with melted chocolate. Use an edible food marker or melted black chocolate to draw eyes and pipe a nose and whiskers.
  5. Allow the Bunny Oreo Balls to set completely at room temperature for 15-20 minutes or until the chocolate hardens. Transfer to an airtight container for storage.
