  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese Shredded

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion until translucent, about 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
  3. Add ground beef, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato paste, then add crushed tomatoes and let simmer for about 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Cook gnocchi according to package instructions, typically until they float. Drain and set aside.
  6. In a large baking dish, combine gnocchi and bolognese sauce. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden. Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes if desired.
  8. Allow to cool for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy.
