Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by seasoning the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Let the chicken rest for at least 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced potatoes and sauté for about 10-12 minutes until golden and tender.
  4. Lower the heat, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Mix in cream cheese and gradually add milk, stirring until smooth.
  5. Return the chicken to the pan, mix with potatoes and sauce, and simmer on low for an additional 5 minutes.
