Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cubed potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Add sliced sausage on top of the roasted potatoes and return to the oven. Roast for an additional 15-20 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture and return to the oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.
