- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cubed potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Add sliced sausage on top of the roasted potatoes and return to the oven. Roast for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture and return to the oven for about 5 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
