  3. Combine Ingredients: Whisk gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until cohesive.
  4. Chill Dough: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2½ hours or overnight to firm up.
  5. Shape & Bake: Preheat oven to 325°F. Roll dough into balls and coat with granulated sugar. Bake for 14-16 minutes until edges are set.
