  • 2 bags Raspberry Iced Tea Bags Consider using green tea bags for a lighter flavor.
  • 12 oz Frozen Apple-Raspberry Juice Concentrate Can substitute with peach or cranberry juice concentrate.
For Sweetening
  • 0.5 cups Granulated Sugar Adjust sweetness to preference; honey or agave syrup can be used.
For Garnishing
  • 1 cup Fresh Raspberries Optional, can substitute with strawberries or blueberries.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large saucepan, pour in 6 cups of water and bring it to a rolling boil over high heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add raspberry iced tea bags into the hot sugar water and steep for 3 to 5 minutes until color reaches a rich ruby hue, then remove the bags.
  3. Stir in the frozen apple-raspberry juice concentrate until well blended. Then, pour in 8 cups of cold water while stirring continuously.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a pitcher and refrigerate for at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Once chilled, fill glasses with ice and pour the refreshing raspberry iced tea over it. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
