Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash cucumbers thoroughly under cool running water. If bitter, peel them. Chop into 1-2 inch pieces for easy blending.
  2. Combine chopped cucumbers, lime juice, chilled water, sweetener, and mint leaves in a blender. Blend on high for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Strain mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a clean pitcher, using a spatula to press pulp down.
  4. Taste the agua fresca. Adjust sweetness or tanginess as needed, blending gently after any adjustments.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to chill or serve immediately over ice, garnished with mint or lime slices.
