Preparation Steps

  3. Add two eggs, half of the cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir well until evenly mixed.
  4. Pour the vegetable mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and add breadcrumbs or almond flour on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30–40 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
