Preparation

  3. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, cinnamon, and a splash of vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. Warm up your griddle or skillet over medium heat and add a pat of butter. Quickly dip each sandwich into the custard mixture, coating all sides.
  5. Place the coated sandwiches in the preheated skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
