Preparation

  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently.
  5. Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, then add the remaining batter and swirl.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool for 10 minutes, then mix powdered sugar and milk for glaze and drizzle over the cooled bread.
