Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season chicken with aromatic spices and marinate for 30 minutes if desired. Heat a large pot over medium-high heat.
  2. Add oil to the pot and sauté the seasoned chicken until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, lower heat and add minced garlic and grated ginger. Stir for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
