Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and gather your ingredients.
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake again for another 15-20 minutes until the filling is set.
  6. Allow the pan to cool completely at room temperature.
  7. Whip the heavy cream with vanilla extract until soft peaks form, then spread over the cooled filling.
  8. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before slicing.
  10. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
