  • 4 cups Carbonated Water Sparkling or tonic water can be substitutes.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine infused coconut water with dried lavender in a saucepan over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Strain and cool.
  2. Squeeze fresh lemons to get 1 cup of lemon juice, straining out the seeds.
  3. In a pitcher, mix the lavender infusion and lemon juice. Add honey or agave syrup to taste and stir well.
  4. Gently pour in carbonated water and stir carefully to maintain fizz.
