Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Drain and press the firm tofu to remove excess moisture. Cut into 1-inch cubes.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add tofu cubes in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together coconut milk, lime juice, minced garlic, and soy sauce to make the sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the cooked tofu and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with cilantro.
