  • 1 cup Sour Cream Dairy-free yogurt for dairy-free option
  • 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella or Swiss Cheese Choose Swiss for nutty flavor
  • 1.5 cups French Fried Onions For topping and flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped Parsley For garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked white rice, shredded cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, French onion soup, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Add French fried onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or oil and pour the mixture into it evenly.
  4. Bake the casserole uncovered for about 30 minutes until the edges bubble.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the remaining French fried onions on top. Bake for an additional 5 minutes until onions are golden brown.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
