  3. Remove from heat and let the syrup cool at room temperature for 2-3 hours to steep.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer into a clean bowl to separate syrup from pulp.
  5. To serve, fill a glass with syrup, add ice cubes, and top with lemon-lime sparkling water. Garnish with mint and fresh blueberries.
