- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan with butter or line with parchment paper.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the melted unsalted butter and packed light brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Add the egg, honey, and vanilla extract, whisking until well combined.
- Gently fold in the all-purpose flour, salt, and ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon until just combined.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared baking pan. In a small bowl, mix the remaining cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle over the top.
