  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme Fresh can be substituted.
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary Fresh can be substituted.
  • 4 cups beef broth Vegetable broth can be used for a lighter version.
  • salt To taste.
  • pepper To taste.
