Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- Begin by placing a large pan or griddle over medium heat. Allow it to warm for about 2–3 minutes.
- On a clean surface, take two slices of your sturdy bread and spread 1 tablespoon of cranberry jam on each slice.
- On one slice of each jam-covered piece of bread, layer ½ of the sliced brie evenly, followed by ½ of the prosciutto.
- Top each assembled slice with another jam-spread slice of bread, forming two complete sandwiches.
- Use a butter knife to slather each side of the sandwiches with 1 tablespoon of softened unsalted butter.
- Carefully place the sandwiches in the heated pan, allowing them to grill for about 3–4 minutes on one side.
- After about 3 more minutes of grilling, check the second side for a golden brown color and the melty texture of the brie.
- Once perfectly grilled, transfer your sandwiches to a clean plate, cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes
For best flavor, enjoy fresh; may be left out for up to 2 hours when serving at a gathering.
