Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll a sheet of puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface and slice it into 8–10 equal triangles.
- Slice the brie cheese into wedges and place generously in the center, topping with cranberry sauce.
- Fold the tips of the triangle pastry over the fillings, tucking them under the inner edge.
- Whisk an egg and brush it over the assembled wreath, then sprinkle with rosemary.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and aromatic.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
