Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Slice the brie cheese into wedges and place generously in the center, topping with cranberry sauce.
  4. Fold the tips of the triangle pastry over the fillings, tucking them under the inner edge.
  5. Whisk an egg and brush it over the assembled wreath, then sprinkle with rosemary.
  6. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and aromatic.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
