  1. Prepare the Crockpot by lightly spraying it with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. In the crockpot, combine shredded cooked chicken, cubed cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and 1.5 cups of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the cheese is fully melted and everything is bubbling gently.
  4. About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle the remaining 0.5 cup of cheddar cheese over the dip. Cover and allow the cheese to melt.
