  • 1 cup Chicken Broth Vegetable broth for vegetarian version.
  • ½ cup Heavy Cream Substitute with coconut milk if desired.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Nutritional yeast for a vegan option.
For Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
For Garnish
  • ¼ cup Fresh Herbs (Basil or Parsley) For topping.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt and pepper, then set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil or butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown, then remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes, stirring for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in chicken broth to deglaze the pan, stirring for around 2 minutes. Then, mix in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer in the sauce for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.
