Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Enchiladas Suizas
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and gather your ingredients and a large skillet.
  2. Add olive oil to the skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in cooked shredded chicken, chicken broth, and green enchilada sauce. Simmer for 5 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
