Preparation Steps
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt, shredded cheddar cheese, and corn. Mix together until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Grab your tortillas and lay them flat on a clean surface. Spoon approximately ½ cup of the creamy pulled chicken filling onto each tortilla. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, tucking in the sides.
- In a deep skillet, pour enough oil to reach about 1 inch deep and place it over medium-low heat. Allow the oil to heat until shimmering and about 350°F (175°C).
