  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded Any melting cheese can replace it.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and position the oven rack in the center.
  2. In a pot of salted boiling water, cook the linguine or spaghetti until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat 4 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for about 2 minutes.
  4. Add the large shrimp and cook for 3–4 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
  5. Pour in ½ cup of white wine or chicken broth, stirring to deglaze the pan. Simmer for about 2 minutes.
  6. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and 1 cup of heavy cream, simmering for about 3 minutes.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss gently to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Transfer the pasta mixture into a greased baking dish and nestle the shrimp on top.
  9. Sprinkle with ½ cup of grated Parmesan and 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  10. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Let the dish sit for about 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
