- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spinach and mushroom Alfredo ravioli, cooking according to package instructions for 4-6 minutes or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened and browned.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring. Then add fresh spinach and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
