  • ¼ cup Fresh Parsley Chopped for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes Optional for garnish

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the spinach and mushroom Alfredo ravioli, cooking according to package instructions for 4-6 minutes or until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil or butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened and browned.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, stirring. Then add fresh spinach and sauté for an additional 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  5. Add cooked ravioli to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the sauce. Warm through for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve on plates garnished with chopped parsley and optional chili flakes.
