Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts to the marinade, tossing to coat thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Toss the broccoli florets with a drizzle of olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the marinated chicken bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Scatter the broccoli florets around the chicken.
  7. Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  8. Check the chicken's internal temperature to ensure it has reached 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove from the basket and serve immediately.
