  • 2 stalks celery Alternatively, use Jicama.
  • 1 cup grapes Or dried cranberries/raisins.
  • 1/2 cup nuts (Walnuts/Pecans) Alternatively, use almonds or sunflower seeds.
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup yogurt or mayonnaise Greek yogurt for a lighter option.
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice Or lime juice for a zesty alternative.

Method
 

Steps
  1. Wash the apples under cool running water, core, and slice into bite-sized pieces. Toss with lemon juice.
  2. In a bowl, combine yogurt or mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; whisk until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, add apple slices, chopped celery, grapes, and nuts. Pour dressing over and stir to coat.
