Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Take boneless, skinless chicken breasts and pound to an even thickness of about 1/2 inch.
  3. Combine garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning on both sides of the chicken breasts.
  4. Blend softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
  5. Spread the cheese mixture over one side of each seasoned chicken breast.
  6. Lay two slices of bacon slightly overlapping, place chicken on one end, and roll tightly to enclose filling.
  7. Use toothpicks to secure ends of the bacon if necessary.
  8. Sear wrapped chicken in hot olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side until the bacon is golden brown.
  9. Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  10. Allow the wraps to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.
