  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs or regular breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder or fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika or cayenne for spicy kick
For the Sandwich
  • 2 slices bread ciabatta or brioche
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce or other greens
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for frying

Cooking Steps
  1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl for the dredging mixture.

  4. Fry the chicken in heated olive oil for 5 to 7 minutes per side until golden brown.
