Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under cold water, then dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. Position a potato between two wooden spoons to guide your knife. Slice thinly about 1/8 inch apart without cutting all the way through.
  4. In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  5. Fan out the potato slices and generously apply the garlic butter mixture with a brush.
