  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or fresh garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder Or fresh onions
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Can use smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt Essential for seasoning
  • to taste Pepper Essential for seasoning

  • 1 whole Lemon Cut into wedges

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Pat cod fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up a three-bowl breading station with flour, whisked eggs, and combined panko breadcrumbs with seasonings.
  3. Dredge each fillet in flour, dip in eggs, and press into the panko mixture.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  5. Lightly brush the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange coated fillets in the basket.
  6. Air fry the cod at 400°F (200°C) for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Carefully remove the cod and serve with lemon wedges.
