- In a large mixing bowl, combine frozen hashbrowns, shredded cheese, bacon bits, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly.

- Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. Arrange your patties on the sheet, leaving space between each one.
