  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Prep the Veggies: Pat the Roma tomatoes dry and slice them into quarters. Thinly slice the red onion and shred or julienne the carrots.
  3. Mix the Salad Base: In a large bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, red cabbage, carrots, onions, black olives, diced tomatoes, and pepperoncinis. Toss gently to mix.
