Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the frozen dumplings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Brush the tops of the dumplings lightly with neutral oil using a pastry brush.
  4. Bake the dumplings for 18-22 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  5. In a bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and chili crisp to make the sauce.
  6. Gradually add warm water to the sauce until it's smooth and pourable. Adjust seasonings to taste.
  7. Transfer the baked dumplings to a serving plate and drizzle or spoon the peanut sauce over them.
  8. Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, and chopped herbs before serving.
