  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Adjust to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil For brushing
For the Chili Honey Drizzle
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled feta cheese, fresh dill, mint, lemon zest, and black pepper.
  3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo pastry, brush lightly with olive oil, and layer up to four sheets.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo into four equal strips.
  5. Place about a tablespoon of the filling at one end of each phyllo strip and fold sides over.
  6. Roll tightly from the filled end to create secure parcels.
  7. Arrange the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. Brush tops of each roll generously with olive oil.
  9. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
  10. While baking, warm honey, chili flakes, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  11. Once baked, drizzle warm chili honey over the rolls and garnish.
  12. Serve warm on a platter with extra chili honey for dipping.
