Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the white onions into ¼ inch thick rings and gently separate them.
  3. On the lined baking sheet, spoon about 1 tablespoon of shredded parmesan into circular mounds.
  4. Place an onion ring on top of each parmesan circle and add another tablespoon of shredded parmesan on top.
  5. Generously season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Allow the onion rings to cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes before serving.
