- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the white onions into ¼ inch thick rings and gently separate them.
- On the lined baking sheet, spoon about 1 tablespoon of shredded parmesan into circular mounds.
- Place an onion ring on top of each parmesan circle and add another tablespoon of shredded parmesan on top.
- Generously season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the onion rings to cool on the baking sheet for 10-15 minutes before serving.
