Preparation
- In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, chopped fresh dill, minced garlic, and ground cayenne. Stir until smooth and well-combined, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Open and drain the canned salmon, rinsing it under cold water. Remove skin and bones, pat dry with a paper towel.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the salmon with almond flour, mayonnaise, egg, salt, thyme, and black pepper. Form into 5 equal-sized patties.
- Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry the patties for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve the salmon patties with a dollop of spicy dill-garlic dip on top or on the side.
