Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cream butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mixing well.

  3. Chill the dough wrapped in plastic wrap for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  5. Prepare filling by mixing pumpkin puree, pie spice, and heavy cream until smooth.
