Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Rinse and dry strawberries and cucumbers. Hull strawberries and slice them, then slice cucumbers into rounds or half-moons.
  2. In a small bowl, mix lemon juice or balsamic vinegar with honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Whisk for 30 seconds until emulsified.
  3. In a large salad bowl, combine cucumbers, strawberries, and herbs. If using feta, sprinkle on top.
  4. Drizzle half of the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat.
  5. Transfer salad to a platter, garnish with nuts/seeds, and drizzle remaining dressing before serving.
