Step-by-Step Instructions
- Crush chocolate chip cookies into fine crumbs and combine with melted butter. Press into six silicone muffin molds and freeze for 10-15 minutes until set.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate chips with coconut oil or butter over simmering water until smooth. Pour over chilled cookie crusts and freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
- Beat softened unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract and milk, then stir in heat-treated flour and fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop the cookie dough onto the chocolate layer, spreading it evenly. Optionally, sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
- Cover molds with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes until set.

Notes
Ensure even layers for delightful texture. Allow the crust to freeze thoroughly to prevent sogginess when adding the chocolate layer. Use silicone molds for easy removal and chill well after assembling for the best texture.
