Step-by-Step Instructions for Chocolate Greek Yogurt
- In a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and 1 tablespoon of instant espresso powder, if using. Add 2 tablespoons of maple syrup or honey and a splash of vanilla extract. Stir until they form a smooth paste.
- Spoon in about 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt to the chocolate mixture. Stir vigorously until the yogurt is fully combined and resembles a smooth chocolate sauce.
- Add the rest of the Greek yogurt, around 3/4 cup, to the chocolate mixture. Fold in gently until evenly blended.
