- Crush the Oreo Cookies until finely crushed, resembling sand.
- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with softened cream cheese and Irish cream liqueur, or substitute with vanilla extract, mixing until cohesive.
- Chill the mixture for about 30 minutes, covered, to help firm it up.
- Shape the mixture into compact spheres and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the green candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Individually dip each truffle into the melted candy coating, then place back on parchment.
- Add sprinkles on top of each truffle while the coating is still wet.
- Set the coated truffles at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.
