  • 1/2 cup Raspberry Preserves or any jam of your choice
For Dusting
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar optional, for dusting

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease the muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry onto a lightly floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the pastry, leaving a small border, and layer raspberry preserves on top.
  5. Roll the pastry into a tight log and slice into strips about 1 inch thick.
  6. Twist each pastry strip gently and place vertically in the greased muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  8. Cool cruffins in the tin for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
  9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.
